Return policy
We offer the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, in accordance with Italian and European consumer rights regulations. Returns are free for orders over €100.

How to make a return
- Contact us
Send an email to returns@gao.shop with your order number and the products you wish to return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours.
- Wait for approval
You'll receive an email with shipping instructions and return label (if applicable).
- Ship the package
Pack the products securely and ship them to the address provided. Keep the shipping receipt.
- Receive your refund
Once we receive and verify the return, we'll process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. For card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in case of defective product or our error.
