Allergens: soy and wheat. Instructions: 1- Put rice, water and vegetable packets in upper compartment. 2- Put self-heating pack (remove outer plastic) in lower compartment, fill with cold water. 3- Close lid, automatic heating begins (do not touch). 4- Ready in 10-15 min.
