Round Lab Mugwort Calming Toner. A Korean toner formulated to soothe, hydrate and strengthen sensitive, irritated or acne-prone skin. Key ingredients: Artemisia (Mugwort) extract - rich in vitamins A, B and beta-carotene, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, calms irritated skin and reduces redness. Madecassoside - promotes skin regeneration and strengthens skin barrier. Panthenol and Betaine - hydrate and maintain moisture. Chondrus Crispus (red algae) - balances moisture levels and protects from oxidative stress. Lightweight aqueous consistency that absorbs quickly without sticky residue. Free from artificial fragrances, alcohol and essential oils. How to use: after cleansing, apply to cotton pad or hands, pat gently on face and neck until absorbed.
