Expiry: 2027/05/06. Ingredients: seaweed 100%. Aquaculture product, seaweed farmed in China and hand-harvested from the Pacific Ocean (FAO zone 61). Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, seal tightly to avoid moisture. Instructions: 1-2 grams per person per day. Soak in cold water for 5 minutes or hot water for 2 minutes to soften. Do not leave in water too long as it may lose flavor. Once softened, ready to use and can also be used in cooking with broths, legumes and stews.
